Rooms
Lovingly named after a nearby field Whitedown is a one bedroom self-contained cottage in Newton Valence, Hampshire close to farmland and fields and the beautiful South Downs National Park, among a cluster of cosy, purpose built holiday cottages on the Inadown Estate.
The ground floor is open plan to the lounge, dining area and kitchen with large sliding doors leading out to the shared external patio area. Within the sitting room is a large corner sofa bed, possibly accommodating an additional 2 guests, allowing the cottage to possibly sleep up to 4 guests in total.
On the first floor you have the bedroom with a superior quality king size ‘zip and link’ bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus an en-suite bathroom.
This cottage can also possibly be rented together with it’s adjoining cottage, Pleasure Row, accessed through inter-connecting fire doors to create a 4 bedroom dwelling, possibly sleeping up to a possible 12 guests – please contact us to book this configuration.
This property is pet friendly for up to 2 well behaved small to medium sized four legged friends and comes with complimentary fibre broadband Wi-Fi for your work or social needs, complete with all essential mod cons for self catering.
Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards

Activities
Prior to your stay we are happy to help arrange any activities you may wish to organise and answer any questions regarding the local area or things to possibly do.
Catering
If you are looking for possible catering options at the property we can recommend a company called Dine Indulge.
Neighbours
All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something without neighbours.
