Amazing service and attention to detail from the beginning. I was also dealing with an insurance company so I couldn’t complete the booking itself (just set it all up) I received a call from Ken to let me know other dates were getting requested and that he would hold it for a few hours if I could get the insurance to confirm, which I did. They also helped with an extension which was smooth and easy. Thank you so much for your help – everyone I spoke to was amazing but I dealt specifically with Ken and Sophie who I couldn’t fault. I’ll definitely use again as a first port of call when we have family staying. Thank you

We had planned and booked for a Christmas stay…in a relatively safe zone (Tier 2). Then Tier 3 happened and then Tier 4 and border closures. Boom….everything blown up. I have to say that this company is amazing. They were professional, helpful and calm every step of the way, from our last minute booking to reassurances, to the last minute cancellation. We look forward to rebooking when travel can resume.

We have stayed at properties managed by Complete Holiday Homes many times, most recently at Waterfront Quay. From the initial booking procedure, to the final timely return of the deposit, Ken and his team have been a delight to work with. They are organised and professional and their properties in Gosport are perfectly positioned for Endeavour Quay and the Marina. On the day of entry, someone is available to meet you and show you around the property, explaining how things work and hand over the keys.  There is also a file in the property with local area knowledge and information which is very handy if you are new to the area. Waterfront Quay is a lovely, clean and well maintained two bedroomed, two bathroom apartment with a splendid view of the Spinnaker Tower, over the harbour.  It is well equipped with a washing machine and all the cooking utensils one could need. We also found a supply of basics including fresh milk on arrival.  The apartment is very quiet, warm, the beds are comfortable and there is an endless supply of hot water, which was very welcome after a long cold day in the boatyard. There is also fast internet and a very comfortable sofa for TV viewing. I have no hesitation in recommending Complete Holiday Homes and their properties in Gosport.
