Rampart View is a very nice property
Rampart View is a very nice property, and was lovely and clean. We enjoyed walks around the local area and also getting the ferry from Gosport over to Portsmouth. We found Complete Accommodation to be very good.

Christmas 2021 at Rampart View
The house has a high standard finish and is nicely decorated. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and furniture. It has everything we needed to feel comfortable, like being at home through our stay. We didn't have to eat out every day as the kitchen is so well equipped, it even has a KitchenAid mixer! The view of the water from the hallway and kitchen is beautiful and it is a very peaceful spot. The location is great as all shops and amenities are within reach easily by foot or car. The host was superb in providing local information for us as we were not familiar with the area. We will definitely stay again and fully recommend it for anyone wanting to have a short or longer term stay. Particularly loved: marina view, parking space, hospitable host .... Not loved: none ....

Rampart View - booking
Complete Holiday Homes were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Amazing service and attention to detail from the beginning. I was also dealing with an insurance company so I couldn’t complete the booking itself (just set it all up). I received a call from Ken to let me know other dates were getting requested and that he would hold it for a few hours if I could get the insurance to confirm, which I did. They also helped with an extension which was smooth and easy. Thank you so much for your help - everyone I spoke to was amazing but I dealt specifically with Ken and Sophie who I couldn’t fault. I’ll definitely use again as a first port of call when we have family staying.

I would recommend Rampart View
Rampart View is in the best location for the area. Once we arrived we didn't need to drive as it's easy to walk around Gosport, hop on the ferry to Portsmouth which also gives you easy access to the Isle of Wight so loads to do on your doorstep. This property doesn't allow self check in which is a shame, however, Ken was really nice, organised and informative. Comfy sofa, smart TV, great views including a window seat area (which I loved), garden and balcony and as much as you could need utensil wise to use in the kitchen. A great amount of storage in the main bathroom and bedroom. It's in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and the property has 2 parking spaces but 1 space is more suitable for a small car. Recommendations - Great Wall Chinese Restaurant Gosport, Artys Gosport, Solent Springs mini Golf Gosport, Round Tower Portsmouth, buy a year ticket if you will visit more than 1 museum to save money and allow you more than 1 day to see all. I would recommend Rampart View if you want to visit Portsmouth or Gosport.
