Twenty Three B is a superbly finished, 1st floor three bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 guests, furnished and decorated to a very good 4* star standard in the southern coastal town of Lee on the Solent, Hampshire. The apartment is a stones throw from the beach and located behind it's sister property Twenty One A in a Victorian galleried parade above local shops and conveniences including a hairdressers, convenience store, seaside café and fish and chip shop/restaurant

The prices advertised on our website are for up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms with the 2 main double bedrooms accommodating superior quality king size ‘zip and link’ double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus a 3rd bedroom with a pair of adult sized bunkbeds.
A child’s cots and highchair are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
Bathroom
The main bathroom has been recently refurbished to a high specification, fitted with a generous walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and wash hand basin. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room.
Kitchen
The kitchen has also been recently refurnished and comes fitted with all essential mod cons including an electric double oven, integral fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Living/dining area
The living room and kitchen are open plan and separated by a dining table and chairs with the living area boasting a large corner reclining leather sofa, a large flat screen smart TV, sound bar and music speaker.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

With regards to parking there is not allocated private parking with the apartment but there is limited parking to the front of the building and unlimited and unrestricted on road parking within under a 2 minute walk.

For the comfort of others smoking is not permitted within our properties so please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas only.

There is room to comfortably store a couple of bikes within the secure ground floor lobby which this apartment has sole access to.

Waterside Location
This apartment is within a 1 min walk of Lee on Solent beach and promenade, a 5 min drive to Hill Head beach or a 10 min drive into Gosport which has Stokes Bay beach, plus the marinas around the Portsmouth Harbour entrance.

Neighbours
All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels then we would love to have you stay and have had countless guests who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.

There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a Tesco Express which is a 1 min walk from the apartment or a Co-Op within the High Street, a 2 min walk. The nearest large supermarket is Asda Fareham, PO14 1TT, (a 9 min drive)

The apartment is only a -2 min walk from the promenade and the High Street where you can find a couple of good Indian restaurants, a Turkish, an Italian and a couple of English restaurants, plus a number of cafes and other eateries.

The apartment is beautiful and is very clean and modern. It has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday and more and we were very impressed with the little extras provided. Booking was simple and Complete's staff were lovely and helpful. They were easily contactable throughout and they had a wealth of knowledge on the local area. We had a really wonderful time.

Superb holiday apartment
We had a wonderful break in the beautiful, clean, well equipped and well presented apartment that has everything you need for a relaxing break. We loved the fact it was only minutes to walk to the beach and with shops on hand if we didn't fancy eating out. We walked for miles along the beach and enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening. The booking process was easy and the team were helpful and informative when we were met on arrival. There was lots of on street parking nearby for the car which was safe, I needn't have worried. Thanks again for a great holiday.

A fantastic place to stay!
This was a lovely apartment to stay in under our circumstances of waiting to move home. This property absolutely felt like a home from home. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. All amenities that we needed were at the property and we could not have asked for more. When we had to get in touch with with Complete Holiday Homes, Ken was excellent in responding and so very helpful. We will absolutely stay here again and plan to when we come back to the UK.

Twenty Three B was excellent
The flat is spacious, clean and had everything we required for our stay. Ideal location for shops, seafront etc. Parking could be an issue for some but we had no problems and parked just a short two minute walk away. We know the area well as our family live here but there is lots to see and do. The staff and administration was excellent, no issues what so ever and Ken met us at the flat and talked through all points to make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one and would certainly consider staying here again when we visit the family in the future.

Fantastic property in great location!
Twenty Three B is a great property in a brilliant location. We had good communication with Ken at Complete Holiday Homes prior to and during our stay to help get us in and then when we had a couple of issues that arose, they were dealt with so quickly (just little things like sticky locks and battery issues, these things happen!). The property itself was so clean and tidy, it was modern and well furnished along with the thoughtful little touches like milk etc which really make the difference. Location wise it was really great, my parents have limited mobility so to be that close to on street parking and the seafront was ideal. All the effort to put together the comprehensive pack and still have Ken be thoughtful enough to highlight key bits face to face really showed the company take pride in what they do. I have been singing the praises of the location and property since our return and would highly recommend. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you for facilitating.

Absolutely true to the pictures.
Twenty three B was the perfect holiday home for my visiting family from up north. The hosts were fantastic and it was lovely and clean with plenty of useful amenities. The flat itself was really big and spacious with lovely rooms. The location being right next to the beach front was perfect. Absolutely true to the pictures. They would love to visit again

JUST PERFECT
Stayed here for the week with the family. Excellent communication from start to finish. Met Ken who showed us around the apartment where to park etc. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed, not that we used much of it as we ate out everyday. So close to beach, shops cafes, restaurants. Had lots of walks along the beach. Grandson loved the water park. Easy to catch a bus and short ferry to Gunwharf quays. Just had a lovely time and sun shone all the week. Would highly recommend this company for a perfect holiday.

Beautifully-presented and spacious apartment
Twenty Three B is a beautifully-presented, very modern, very clean and spacious apartment close to Lee on the Solent beach and shops. The place is very-well managed and looked after by Complete Holiday Homes. You'll need to park the car most nights a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment - possibly best on the sea-front but that wasn't a problem for us. There is no direct view of the seafront the apartment is tucked away down a side street, just off Lee High Street. The apartment might not be suitable for anybody who would struggle to climb the stairs leading up to it. But anybody deciding to rent this apartment should be delighted with it. The apartment was rented by me for the week for some business visitors we had from South East Asia. The place was beautifully clean, excellent value for money and the visitors were VERY pleased with it. Liaison and agreement on details with Complete Holiday Homes and its staff was spot on. We have no complaints or criticisms. Everything went according to plan and it was nice to know our visitors were in such a nice, secure, clean place.

Twenty Three B had everything we needed and more.
We were very happy with Twenty Three B, it had everything we needed and more. When we stayed it was unusually warm, maybe add a blanket for each bed for times when it’s too warm for a duvet. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We have family close by so already knew the area. The location of the apartment itself was perfect for us with regard to access to the shops etc. and we did enjoy an evening stroll along the beach! We would love to stay there again on our next visit.

Ideal Location!
Twenty Three B is very nice, and one of the best we have stayed in! Area was convenient to visiting family. There are nice restaurants nearby. Enquiry to booking was easy, no complaints whatsoever. Already recommended to a friend.

Highly Recommend
This was our first time staying in this particular property but not our first with this host having stayed at 21A back in 2019. I'm originally from Gosport but live in the US and we travel back to see our kids whom stay with us during our visit, so 6 sometimes 7 of us in total and this apartment accommodated us comfortably. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the beach and within walking distance of many amenities (Tescos, Co-op, Chip Shop, Subway, Curry House, Chinese Takeaway, etc). Extremely well kept apartment and feature rich. You will think that you've walked into an apartment that could've been used for the IKEA catalogue. On a rainy day we actually made it a family game/challenge to try and find something in the apartment that hadn't come from IKEA :D Cleanliness level is very high. Facilities inside the apartment all worked extremely well, EG kitchen appliances, smart TV, WiFi, etc. Couldn't work out how to get the soundbar to work however, although I should've looked in the folder provided as all instructions manuals were in there plus lots of information about local sites and attractions. So, a lot of Pro's for this location. The only Con's being the parking situation (you cannot park at the property, although this isn't a surprise/is disclosed up front) and the trash collection process is a little difficult as the outside bins can sometime be tricky to open. Highly recommend this host and look forward to staying in one of there properties again in the future.

Great spot
Twenty Three B was very good, clean, fresh and bright. Well catered for with utensils etc. Very friendly locals especially at Cafe Lee. Convenient to local shops and the Bun Penny Pub. The butchers in the high street is also very good and the local fruit and veg shop friendly. The staff at Complete Accommodation were very good and we would rent this flat again.
